Cernunos

Cernunnos is the ancient Celtic horned god of nature, fertility and the underworld. The earliest depictions of Cernunnos are from rock carvings in northern Italy dating around 400 BCE. There are no surviving texts about Cernunnos, so our understanding of him is built on archaeological artifacts and Roman inscriptions.
